At Sockwell, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
- 3.Package Your Items
Place the unworn socks in their original packaging inside a secure shipping mailer and attach the return label to the outside.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
